- Retention basis: Service provision purposes

- Retention period: Destroyed after one year of non-use and immediately upon request for withdrawal

- Destruction exception: Before requesting withdrawal or deletion, members must fully fulfill their obligations for experience services that are in progress or completed.

6-2. Information Processed by the Mobile Application

The 4blog mobile app (Android/iOS) processes push notification tokens, notification preferences, operating-system type, and app version to provide notifications and troubleshoot the service.

For Sign in with Apple, the server stores the stable user identifier only as a SHA-256 hash. The app stores the original identifier in the device Keychain only to check Apple credential state and removes it after account deletion or credential revocation. The refresh token is protected with AES-256-GCM application-layer encryption, is used only to validate or revoke Apple authorization, and its ciphertext is deleted after revocation succeeds.

If the user selects Hide My Email, the private relay address provided by Apple is used as the account email. Apple credentials are revoked through the Sign in with Apple REST API when the linked account is deleted.

- 포인트 출금·정산 목적: 출금금 지급, 본인 확인 및 3.3% 원천징수 신고 처리

- 수집방법: 홈페이지, API 연동, 배송요청, SNS 로그인(Apple, 구글, 유튜브, 틱톡, 네이버, 인스타그램, 페이스북, 스레드)

- 보유근거: 서비스 제공용도

- 보유기간: 1년간 미이용 시 파기하며 탈퇴 요청 시 즉시 파기

- 출금용 주민등록번호 보유기간: 원천징수 자료 다운로드·확인 및 지급완료 처리 시까지 보관하며, 담당자가 지급완료 처리한 때 서버의 주민등록번호를 삭제합니다. 관계 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 지급·세무 기록은 주민등록번호와 분리하여 해당 법정기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.

- 파기 예외: 탈퇴 혹은 삭제 요청 전에 회원은 참여 중 또는 참여 완료 된 체험단 서비스에 대한 의무를 충분히 이행해 주셔야 합니다.

- 앱 푸시 알림 토큰(기기 식별용 FCM 토큰)과 알림 수신 설정: 캠페인 선정·마감 등 알림 발송 목적으로 수집하며, 알림 거부 또는 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.

- 기기 정보(OS 종류·앱 버전): 서비스 제공 및 오류 대응 목적.

- Apple 로그인: 서버에는 고유 사용자 식별자를 SHA-256 해시로만 저장합니다. 앱은 Apple 자격 상태 확인을 위해 원문 식별자를 기기 Keychain에만 보관하고 계정 탈퇴 또는 자격 철회 시 삭제합니다. refresh token은 AES-256-GCM 방식의 애플리케이션 계층 암호문으로 보호하며 Apple 사용 권한 확인·폐기에만 사용하고 폐기 성공 후 암호문을 삭제합니다.

- Apple의 ‘이메일 가리기’를 선택한 경우 Apple이 제공한 비공개 릴레이 주소를 계정 이메일로 사용합니다. 연동 계정 탈퇴 시 Sign in with Apple REST API로 Apple 사용 권한 폐기를 요청합니다.

- 처리 위탁: 푸시 알림 발송을 위해 Google Firebase Cloud Messaging(Google LLC, 국외)에 알림 토큰 전송이 위탁됩니다.

- 세무 처리 위탁: 포인트 출금에 따른 원천징수 신고 업무를 위해 오성세무에 예금주명, 주민등록번호 및 지급 내역의 처리를 위탁합니다. 수탁자는 위탁 목적 범위에서만 해당 정보를 처리합니다.

- 콘텐츠 이미지 제공: 서비스 이미지 전송을 위해 Amazon Web Services(AWS S3/CloudFront)를 이용합니다.

- 앱은 리뷰 사진 업로드를 위해 카메라/사진 접근 권한을 이용자의 명시적 허용 시에만 사용하며, 해당 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.

- 계정 삭제는 앱 내(마이페이지 → 회원정보 → 회원탈퇴) 또는 계정 삭제 안내 페이지를 통해 요청하실 수 있습니다.
